It ensures employees' online access to personal information and simplifies the interaction between employees, managers and the HR department, offering each employee the opportunity to initiate various requests.

MyStaff Self Service is a software tool designed for:

Visibility over personal information

- Visibility over the information from the personnel file, including the data from the employment contract
- The possibility for managers to view data from subordinates' personnel files

Visibility over salary pay slips and holidays

- Visualization of pay slips and the possibility to download them in .pdf format or print them
- Visualization of the situation regarding the not taken free days and of the additional working hours

Initiation of approval requests (only if the Time module is implemented)

- Completing and viewing timesheets
- Creating absence requests
- Notification and approval of absenteeism requests directly by e-mail

Certificates generation

- Generation of various types of documents, such as: employee certificate for the bank, gross and net salary certificate, hospitalization certificate, CASS insurance certificate
