MyStaff Flexible Benefits is a software tool designed for:

Administration of the catalog of benefits granted to employees

- Defining and managing the types of flexible benefits;
- Configuring company policies regarding employees' eligibility for benefits and validation rules;
- Configuring the rules for performing the hypothetical calculation used in determining the total cost (employee taxes vs. employer taxes);
- Configuring recurring benefits or those generated by personal events in employees' lives;
- Establishing the maximum ceiling of benefits granted to the employee.

Employees' adherence to benefit programs through the Self Service portal

- The possibility of self service enrolling of each employee in a program of flexible benefits depending on preferences and eligibility;
- Communication of eligibility through automatic notifications;
- Configuring the rules for performing the hypothetical calculation used in determining the total cost (employee taxes vs. employer taxes);
- Possibility for employees to view in real time:

- a complete list of flexible benefits they can access;
- the maximum amount available in which the chosen benefits can be included, without exceeding the ceiling;
- the total cost generated by the chosen benefits.

Managing employee benefit providers

- Maintenance of the supplier catalog;
- Monitoring the quality of services provided

- Configuration of performance bonus algorithms;
