Smart Communication is a platform designed for:
- Centralized information necessary in the monthly payroll process;
- Payroll acceleration by automatically checking and validating data before being imported into MyStaff HR application.
With the help of Smart Communication, you can centrally manage all the manual workflows in the payroll process, such as:
- Transmission of the necessary data in the payroll process using the standard data import file in the application;
- Uploading payroll data;
- Automated validation of the entered data;
- Final transmission and data validation together with Smartree’s Account Manager;
- Files import into MyStaff HR application;
- Management of submitted files and access to standard payroll reports;
