MyStaff Documents is a software tool designed for:

Document management

- Bulk import for documents in .pdf, .txt, .csv, .xls, .xlsx, .dbf .jpg format;
- Management of the nomenclature of archived documents and their characteristics;
- Search the database according to multiple criteria such as: name, company, status document;

Document storage

- Management of electronic documents as well as those scanned by the employee or company;
- Secure check-in / check-out of documents in the electronic archive;
- Storage in any electronic format;
- Extracting and storing metadata that describes each document;
