The activities we can provide for a fee are:

FNUASS – Preparation and submission of the necessary files for the recovery from the state bodies of the amounts from indemnities for medical leave; Assistance in the recovery of medical leave;

Audit of personal files – verification of the existence in the personnel file of a list of documents such as: ID card (copy), employment offer, individual employment contract, extract from the criminal record, job description, etc.;

Employee file – creation of the job description for each position in the company;

Statistical reports:
The service for completing the sections regarding employees and salary calculation from the following statistical reports of the Client: The service does not include the activity of submitting these reports to the competent authorities.
The Supplier's liability for the provision of services is limited to the correctness of completing the reports exclusively within the limits of the Client's information existing in our software platform, MyStaff and within the terms approved by the Supplier in advance, its obligations being due diligence.
- Statistical report S1 (SERVTS) - monthly frequency;
- LV statistical report - quarterly frequency;
- Statistical report S3 - annual frequency;
- Statistical report "Structure of earnings (SCS)" - frequency once every 4 years.

Legal consulting:
Legal consulting services included in the price of the monthly salary calculation tariff, namely consulting services to ensure compliance with legal provisions through the services offered by Smartree, as well as the transmission, at any time, of legislative updates in the form of a newsletter.
Additional legal consulting services, in addition to salary calculation and personnel administration services. Through these services we offer our clients consultation in the field of human resources, upon request, according to their needs, covering the following aspects in the area of human resources:
- Preparation / revision of Internal Regulations;
- Preparation /revision Collective labor contract;
- Preparation of individual employment contracts and special clauses (confidentiality, for example);
- Legislative consultancy on labor legislation, labor relations, personnel administration;
- Legislative consultancy regarding salaries, taxes and national taxes;
- Termination of employment contracts, , as a result of reasons attributable to the employee.
