Smartree HRTech is a transparent, customer-oriented organization having the following main fields of activity: payroll and personnel administration services (Payroll Process Outsourcing) and other human resources consulting services.
Smartree HRTech has been concerned and has constantly invested in aligning with the industry standards regarding the quality of services provided and with the security requirements. Moreover, due to the partnership with ADP (ADP is the largest salary processor globally), Smartree HRTech has access to the best practices in the field and to extensive expertise, at the highest level in terms of operational procedures, ensuring the quality for the offered services, data security and the development of technical capabilities.
Through the partnership with ADP, all the IT systems used by Smartree are audited annually to ensure systems compliance with organizational security policies and standards. We respect the norms established by the ADP Security Program in the following areas of payroll and personnel administration processes: physical security of payroll resources, security of equipment, security of data and computer applications, plans for force majeure situations in order to ensure the continuity of the critical processes.
Thus, Smartree HRTech is certified ISO 27001: 2024 – Information security management system for the development of software applications for processing salary calculations, renting internally developed salary programs, processing salary data of clients, staff recruitment.
Also Smartree HRtech is ISO 9001: 2024 certified – Quality management system for personnel administration and payroll activities and other human resources consulting services. Through the audits of the certification body, this system is recertified at 3-year intervals and is supervised annually.
Smartree has implemented procedures to control access to information, including the one existing in the developed software applications, through advanced user profiles, based on various access rights, and procedures for detecting unauthorized activities for accessing information.
We have implemented policies and procedures for Data Backup, Data Recovery or Business Continuity at international security standards through which we ensure that our activity and the one of our clients can be carried out without interruption regardless of unforeseen events. The procedures are tested and reviewed periodically and are also validated and audited by third parties in accordance with the rules, up-to-date regulations and practice in the field.
