Although the payroll process was outsourced, the activities specific to the HR department still involved many manual operations, time consuming but also generating errors.

Following an analysis and the establishment of the company’s strategic priorities and focusing on the activities that represent the core business, Arggo Consulting decided to add more automation for administrative and payroll processes.

The whole process of personal administration and payroll is supported by Smartree in-house specialists. They prepare the necessary documents for employment and termination of activity within the Arggo Consulting Company, as well as any other changes in employment contracts, provide advice on issues related to labor law and effectively process the monthly salary calculation, based on the rules defined in the application.

Even if in this case we are talking about the outsourcing of payroll services, Smartree also offers the possibility to access the application. Therefore, the representatives of Arggo Consulting have the possibility to enter data themselves, to generate the necessary documents and reports.

In addition, Arggo Consulting employees can access their payslips online through the Employee Self Service module. This gives them independence from the human resources department and faster access to information that concerns them directly, such as the updated status of the remaining days off or the history of the pay slip.
