In the second quart of 2015, the Economy Report and the Employee Well-being, the two indicators proposed through Smartree Index Q1, had a positive trend, relative to the similar period of the previous year.

The percentages that are at the basis of Smartree Index Q1 2015 were obtained from the analysis of the anonymized and aggregated data processed in the payroll process, from over 150 companies.
