The vacation vouchers represent value tickets, issued by authorized units of the Ministry of Finance and that can be granted to private and budgetary employees under certain conditions.

The most recent legal change regarding vacation vouchers is GD 614/2015 amending and supplementing Government Decision 215/2009 approving the Methodological Norms on granting holiday vouchers, published in the Official Gazette on August 6, 2015.
