The employers have the obligation to notify, within one day, the occupied vacancies communicated to NEA, according to law 250 of 19 July 2013.
The term that the changes take effect is October 22, 2013, according to National Agency for Employment, quoted by Agerpres. The new provision is introduced as a change in the law 76/2002 regarding the unemployment insurance system and employment stimulation: “Employers are obliged to notify the agencies for local employment about filling the employment vacancies within one day after the employment, under the law.”
