Smartree Romania and E-Sign Romania signed the first electronic online contract in Romania, using electronic signature certification service, recently launched on the Romanian market.

Using VeriSign technology, the companies have legalized the partnership through the company Smartree becomes electronic signature provider, thus the pioneered online certification business in Romania was opened. Smartree is the first human resources outsourcing company that provides its clients the possibility of using electronic signatures of all legal documents of the personnel administration.
