In April 2015, the Economy Status recorded an increase of 9.68%. The salaries increased by a percent of 8.04%, and the number of employees increased by 11.31% compared to the same period of 2014.

The Employee Well-being has increased by 17.10%, with increases in the level of bonuses and days of annual leave, but also with increases in the number of sick leaves.
