In January 2015, the Economy Status recorded an increase of 5.32%. The salaries have stagnated (a drop of -0.01%), while the number of employees increased compared to the same period of 2014.

At the same time, the Employee Well-being has decreased by – 4.14%, with increases in the level of bonuses, but decreases in days of annual leave and increases in the number of sick leaves.
