Smartree Romania participates as a partner at HR Tech Expo & Conference from November 20, 2014 alongside McDonald’s with the presentation “Smarter Rewards: McSmile Integrated Tool“.

Anamaria Borza, CTO Smartree Romania, presents, next to Liviu Osman, IT Manager McDonald’s Romania, the way McDonald’s has implemented the McSmile program using the Smartree technology.

The McSmile program consists basically in McSmile points for awarding McDonald’s employees, based on performance. By using the application developed by Smartree, the management and auditing of these points have been automatized and become more easily to track and be assigned.

Anamaria Borza has an experience of over 9 years in the outsourcing of human resources processes. She has been involved in the last six years in developing and implementing payroll & HR solutions. Passionate about technology, Ana graduated the Faculty of Cybernetics, Statistics and Economic Informatics, Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.

Liviu Osman is IT Manager at McDonald’s Romania. He has coordinated complex projects, translating all business requirements in IT performance and applies all principles of modern and effective IT management, with extensive experience in project management and IT infrastructure. Highly motivated, always eager to learn, he combines technology with a thorough knowledge of the mechanisms by which a business can be successful.

Previously he was IT Services Manager for Coca-Cola HBC Romania and Moldova for four years. Liviu Osman graduated the Faculty of Computer Science, Politehnica University of Bucharest and is a member of the CIO Council (IT Managers Organization of Romania).

Monica Spiteri, Business Development Director Smartree Romania, is the speaker in the The Future of HR in the Age of shared services panel. With an experience of over 14 years in consulting and outsourcing HR processes, Monica has been involved in numerous projects to optimize and streamline the HR processes technical solutions, especially advising multinational companies.
