The Insurance House for the Ministry of Transportation, Tourism and Constructions has been dissolved

According to Government Emergency Ordinance recently published in the Official Monitor (GEO 8/2013), the Health Insurance House of the Ministry of Transports, Constructions and Tourism will be abolished at the end of April this year.

The emergency ordinance stipulates that the insured Health Insurance House of the Ministry of Transports, Constructions and Tourism is assured of the National House of Health Insurance, health insurance bureaux counties and Health Insurance House Bucharest, under Law No. 95/2006 on healthcare reform, as amended and supplemented.

The impact associated with this change:

The insured persones of the Health Insurance House of the Ministry of Transports, Constructions and Tourism will be obliged to re-express their option on home health that need to be enrolled.

This option must be communicated to the employee and the employer necessarily.
