In August, the state of the economy grew by 3.34%. Salaries increased by 2%, and the number of employees rose by 5% compared to the same period in 2019.
However, employee well-being experienced a decline of -16%, driven by a significant drop in benefits provided by employers, which fell by nearly 36%. August marks the fifth consecutive month in which the value of employee benefits has decreased. The number of vacation days, the second indicator directly correlated with employee well-being, increased for the first time this year, by nearly 3%.
