In September, the state of the economy experienced the smallest growth of the year, at approximately 1%. While the number of available jobs increased by nearly 4%, salaries decreased by -1.5% compared to the same period last year.
The indicator reflecting employee well-being continued to decline this month, with an average drop of -24% compared to September 2019. This downward trend was caused by both a reduction in employee benefits, which decreased by -38%, and a decrease in the number of vacation days taken, which were on average 10% fewer than during the same period last year.
