As months fly by, the employee or the responsible HR specialist might overlook the passing of another year spent in the company. This notification supports the smooth operation of employees and HR specialists regarding occupational health legislation.

5. Birthdays

At the company’s request, employees can receive an electronic “Happy Birthday!” message around lunchtime on their birthday. This notification contributes to employee well-being as a small gesture among friends.

6. Employee’s Child Turning 18

The notification related to the day an employee’s child becomes an adult helps in salary calculation, as the additional personal deduction of 100 lei is no longer applied.

7. Employee ID Expiry

At a chosen interval, the HR department will receive a notification that an employee’s ID is about to expire and needs to be renewed.

8. Leave Requests Submission and Approval

This notification is intended to inform colleagues of the last day to submit and approve leave requests for the current month.

9. Unapproved Leave Requests

This notification allows all absence requests that have been submitted but not yet approved or rejected by the manager during the current month’s timekeeping campaign to be transferred to a table.
