Changes regarding the value of the gross minimum basic salary per country, guaranteed in payment, for the construction, agricultural and food industry sectors. The normative act that regulates this changes is Emergency ordinance no. 93/2023 for establishing the gross minimum basic salary per country guaranteed in payment for the construction, agricultural and food industry sectors, Effective from 01 November 2023, published in the Official Gazette, Part I no. 993 of November 1, 2023. 

This normative act applies starting with the revenues related to November 2023 as follows:

For the construction sector, the gross minimum basic salary per country guaranteed in payment is set in money, without including allowances, increments and other additions, at the amount of 4,582 lei per month, for a normal working schedule of 165,333 hours per month on average, representing on average 27,714 lei/hour. These provisions apply exclusively to the fields of activity provided for in art. 60 point 5 of the Fiscal Code.

For the agricultural sector and the food industry, the gross minimum basic salary per country guaranteed in payment will be 3,436 lei per month, not including allowances, increments and other additions, for a normal work schedule of 165,333 hours per month on average, representing average 20,782 lei/hour. These provisions apply exclusively to the fields of activity provided for in art. 60 point 7 of the Fiscal Code.
